Valuation & Appraisals
My range of appraisals and valuations include legal and corporate persons, banks, self-government units, and corporations. I develop appraisal reports as prescribed by law, and practice valuation principles according to the code of ethics. Draw-ups of appraisal reports is always preceded by establishing a legal status of the evaluated property, a field inspection, and a detailed market analysis.
Real Estate
I have long-standing experience in the real estate field, both as agent and appraiser – assisting clients with:
- Sales and lettings of residential and functional units, detached houses, building plots, and other properties.
- Mediation of tenancy agreements or any residential and functional real estate contracts.
- The completion of required documents.
- Property acquisition or purchases, and sales law agreements.
PRICE LIST
Price and contract completion are determined individually. Costs will depend on the type of real estate, valuation complexity, and scope of hours. For valuation of standard real estate e.g. residential and functional units, detached houses, building plots etc. I will provide estimates at local competitive market rates. However, these are always open to negotiation.

ABOUT ME
I completed my Masters degree at the University of Silesia in Katowice in 2011. Since then, I have been actively working in the real estate market – initially as a Real Estate Sales and Lettings Professional. In more recent years, I have continued to develop my skillsets to include valuation and appraisal, including a post-graduate Honours Degree from the Finances and Insurance Department of Economics at the University of Katowice. After two years of internship with an expert agency, I passed the national exam and acquired my Appraiser entitlement issued by the Minister of Infrastructure and Development.
In addition to my real estate skills and work experience with clients, I collaborate with experts across multiple fields, allowing me to solve problems involving other interdisciplinary skillsets. Whatever the service, my work is always guided by professional ethics. I follow all principles of confidentiality, and will always put the needs of my clients first.
